Just a short note to thank you for your excellent service. The order mentioned was placed on Thursday AM, Feb. 14. and I was shocked (delightfully) to receive it at 10AM on Monday, Feb. 18. Your internet desk confirmed to me it was shipping on Friday PM the 15th, which it did.

I have always experienced pleasant and helpful people on your internet desk, and my orders have always been carefully packaged and shipped promptly. It is great to deal with a Company that obviously cares about customer service.

Dear Vistek,

I recently ordered a variety of video equipment from Vistek. This equipment is to be used on projects sponsored by the Municipality of Pangnirtung with whom I am employed.

I'm pleased to report that our dealing with Vistek was very satisfactory and it now appears we wish to continue purchases from Vistek. How do we go about setting up an account for that we can be invoiced in future rather than using charge cards?

I ordered a Canon battery charger from the website -- I was extremely pleased with the result. Not only was the product easy to find on the website, the email notifications about the delivery, the online tracking, and the speed with which my order was processed was exceptional. The fact that my small item was delivered to my door and I didn't have to go to a postal outlet to pick it up was also a great benefit to me!

I sincerely appreciate your thorough investigation and prompt responses regarding the poster size darkroom paper!! I am currently quite content using film (rather than digital) and am finding it increasingly difficult to find products and supplies. and am also finding sales people less helpful, and perhaps less interested in my "archaic" inquiries as marketing is certainly geared towards digital sales. So, to have your friendly, prompt, researched, accurate and detailed replies is greatly appreciated!
