Since 1965, Lenmar has been at the forefront of photographic and consumer electronics accessories, providing innovative, high-value solutions for business and consumers. In 1986 Lenmar began producing products for video cameras and became the leader in the development of "on-board" rechargeable camcorder batteries. The company was the first manufacturer to offer a Sony NP77-style replacement battery.
