Established in 1936 as a printer and copier manufacturing company, Ricoh developed the world’s first camera for consumer use that captures fully spherical images in 2013. Along with the THETA, Rico is also responsible for the popular WG and GR series of compact point-and-shoot cameras, as well as the Pentax line of DSLRs.
