ABOUT ME Raya de Sol, catch a ray of sun, and let your heart be glad! Raised in the Middle East, she loves all things hispanic, her favorite sport is surfing, she has a passion for community, the arts that exude her, and she is constantly dreaming of making the world a better place. Meet Jennifer Kornfeld, the face behind the camera at Raya De Sol. If you were to meet Jenny you would probably walk away feeling loved and known. A recent client said, "She just has a way of really understanding those deeper transcendant things. I saw something inside myself I had never known was there." As a photographer, Jenny loves to capture just that: the "ray of sun" inside each person. She specializes as a natural light lifestyle photographer and she sets herself apart by the care she takes with each individual client. Her style is a combination of clear and bright, golden vintage, and rootbeer-soft black and white photos. Raya de Sol is about more than just great images! Raya de Sol aims to create community based art movements that change the way people think, inspire people to dream and achieve those dreams, as well as bring truth and light into situations. She loves travelling to trash dumps in Guatemala and feeding kids, going to Rwanda and teaching photography to genocide orphans, or blessing at-risk kids in California with images that remind them of their beauty.
