Lori Fabrizio was truly an artistic girl – excelling in all her art classes. She always knew that what she wanted (what she really wanted) was to be was to be a makeup artist. Unsurprising, then, that right after high school, Lori moved to Toronto and enrolled in Complections International Academy of Make-up Artistry – North America’s leading school for make-up artistry. Lori studied everything from special effects to fashion and theatre makeup. Between her dedication to the craft and her incredible talent, Lori was soon assisting some of Canada’s top makeup artists. Lori has developed a strong technique that is both intuitive and precise. She has expanded her network by working on movie sets, testing with top photographers, working closely with art directors and writing articles for magazines such as, Bobbi and Inside Fitness. Lori Fabrizio is a top makeup artist in the industry, with many covers, editorials and ads under her belt. With this experience she has built up a reputation for high detail and creativity. In 2006, Lori developed Lori Fabrizio Cosmetics Inc. “The line is designed for everyday use. I personally created the colors to satisfy the needs of my clients.” says Lori of her products. She is currently redesigning the line in preparation for an international launch. Aside from being an accomplished makeup artist and entrepreneur, Lori also has a background in aesthetics and has taught a makeup course at a local college. When not on set beautifying women, Lori can be found styling (a.k.a. shopping), editing pictures, or building websites. Her infectious personality and understanding of the creative process, make her a vital component to a successful shoot.
