Iounestone Film Studios is a new professional studio space located just outside the GTA in Guelph, Ontario. It’s two bays, A and B, are perfect for a wide range of creative endeavours including feature length and short films, television, commercials, music videos, and all kinds of corporate projects. BAY A • Spacious 4,000 square feet (35’ wide, 115’ long) • 15’ ceiling • Two 11’x10’ bay doors • Direct man door access to the studio from the parking lot • Full industrial level in-ground water drainage BAY B • 2,500 square feet (35’ wide, 75’ long) • 15’ ceiling • Direct man door access to the studio from the parking lot • 11’x10’ bay door • Full industrial level in-ground water drainage Client Lounge that doubles as a screening room, allowing producers and key creatives a quiet, private area to work or relax. Full Kitchen includes stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, as well as plates, bowls, and cutlery. Wardrobe Room features two change areas, iron, ironing board, steamer, and clothing racks. Makeup Room features two vanities, a sink, and a private washroom.
