Studio Loft Rentals is a collection of downtown Toronto rental studios available all within one building available for photographers, videographers & artists. Located just off of the 501 streetcar line, SLR is easily accessible, and conveniently located. With two studios in one building, each loft has their own unique characteristics, and each feature 400-500 square feet of working space. SLR aims to be an affordable and expressive multi-studio space for creatives. LOFT 202 Features: - 25 x 16.5 ft shooting / working area - Free WiFi (High speed) - Heating / Air conditioning - Full kitchen - Loading area + elevator - Street parking - Basic colour noseam backdrop paper (available at an additional cost) LOFT 412 Features: - 27 x 18.5 ft shooting / working area - Free WiFi (High speed) - Heating / Air conditioning - Full kitchen - Loading area + elevator - Street parking - Ceiling mounted 12 ft backdrop pole (on pulleys) - Basic colour noseam backdrop paper (available at an additional cost) Additional services: - Support Staff on call - Wardrobe Stylist (available at an additional cost) - Makeup and Hair Stylist (available at an additional cost) - Photo Studio and photography service Rental rates: Quick Set (2 hours) - $80 Half-Day (4 hours) - $160 Full-Day (8 hours) - $300 Additional Hour - $50/hour
