The Film Factory is a full service production studio offering studio and gear rentals. We have a fully equipped high end studio great for photographers and videographers, along with a recording studio, theatre and boardroom. Our 1400 square foot studio has a three wall cyclorama, green screen and make-up room. A full garage door allows users to bring in any gear, product, or pre built sets with ease. Free wifi and access to the full kitchen is available with the rental. A grip package is available for a flat rate, and includes C-stands, sandbags, apple boxes, AC cables, grip clamps, diffusion, reflectors, etc. Coming from out of town? We also have a full gear rental service, offering high end cameras, lenses, lights, and audio recording equipment.
