On February 1, 1998, Vincent T Joachim's first photograph was published on the front page sports section of the Calgary Herald. To celebrate his 13th year as an artist, he has created a monumental project called "Photo Language: Epic 13" that will commence January 31, 2011 - February 29, 2012. In this 13 month project, he plans to create 3 videos (a documentary, a movie and a short), 5 books, 1 Guinness book of world records attempt, a photo program for marginalized youth, photo workshops and classes for adults, A gallery showcase, and various other photo projects. Vincent's work has been published and showcased in 6 galleries, Time magazine, numerous programs and publications for the City of Calgary, and the Calgary Herald just to name a few. He also cofounded the Pursuit Art Gallery that empowers marginalized youth internationally through the arts using the themes of faith, love & hope.
