STUDIO 311 is a sun-filled, rustic, open concept 1,300 sq. ft. space with old world charm unlike any other. It’s only minutes from downtown Toronto and accessible by driving or transit. Located in the historic Queen East neighbourhood of Toronto known as Riverside, it was once the former century-old and iconic Coleman Lamp & Stove Company Ltd factory.
The space retains its original architectural details like old wooden floors, exposed ceiling beams, and heating radiators. The bright southern and eastern window exposure makes the studio suitable for a variety of photo/video shoot projects - ranging from editorial, commercial, portrait, product, fashion, bridal, maternity, family, and even pets. There is a professional makeup station in the studio. The station includes a 6-ft wide mirror, lightbar with daylight-balanced bulbs, and is dimmable. Furthermore, there are two seats, an electrical power strip, and 2-speaker audio system with an auxiliary cable for music.
