GT2542 is a sturdy, perfectly balanced, standard-height 4-section Series 2 tripod, recommended for DSLRs with 200mm lenses (up to a maximum of 300mm). Features Carbon eXact tubes and larger tube diameters for significant improvements in stiffness. Top leg section diameter: 29.0mm

Series 3 Center Ball Head
Gitzo’s Center Ball Heads are extremely balanced and versatile heads, engineered and designed focusing on ultimate smoothness and precision of the movement and locking. GH3382QD is the large sized head ideal for Series 2 and 3 Mountaineer tripods, and matches well with most other Gitzo tripods Series 2 and above. Compared to the smaller versions, GH3382QD has a larger ball and quick release adapter, for strong and comfortable use with heavier equipment.
