The G2 Teleprompter series is the next generation Galaxy Series Teleprompter. Like its predecessor, the G2 series prompters are professional teleprompters built to meet the highest expectations of Telmax customers. There are three different sizes to choose from, 15", 17", and 19". All three of these teleprompters have the same design and functionality with minimal differences. These differences are; the size of the monitor, beam-splitter mirror, and maximum reading distances.

The G2-17 is the medium size teleprompter in the Galaxy 2 series and is a great teleprompter for a variety of shooting situations. The G2-17 Teleprompter is the perfect prompter for video production both inside the studio and out. The G2-17 camera mount teleprompter is lightweight, durable, easy to set up, and easy to use. This unique teleprompter will work with a wide range of cameras and tripods. The proprietary camera riser adjustment on all of the Galaxy Series prompters allows for quick and easy adjustments, to perfectly center the camera lens with the mirror. The sled assembly makes balancing the weight on your tripod a cinch. The ABS mirror enclosure is easily removable, making it easy to clean the mirror. The beam-splitter mirror angle is also adjustable, allowing you to get the perfect angle, especially for those difficult shots. The G2-17 teleprompter also folds completely horizontal, allowing it to easily be transported from place to place.

The G2-17 has a 14" X 16" 70/30 HD video production grade beam-splitter mirror, perfectly sized for the included 17" LCD monitor. This setup allows for a maximum reading distance of up to 22', making it perfect for virtually any situation. Whether your a veteran videographer or a novice, you'll find the G2-17 teleprompter will make every take easy and professional.

The G2-17 camera-teleprompter also includes ZaPrompt Pro Teleprompter Software and is licensed to be installed on up to four computers. This dual screen software allows the operator to reverse the image on the teleprompter monitor without having to reverse the image on the primary computer or operator monitor. Thus, the operator is able to read the script upright while the image on the secondary monitor (the teleprompter monitor) is flipped for the mirror on the Teleprompter. The software enables keyboard shortcuts for pausing and playing the text, making rapid changes to the speed and size of the text, changing the margin width and more, all while the text is continually scrolling. The handy book-marking tool returns the monitor to the exact part of the text prior to editing changes, providing for a seamless and error-free flow in the production. ZaPrompt Pro efficiently handles longer texts, breaking them down into smaller chunks and eliminating the need for buffering time. The software supports multiple color text and different fonts, making presentations for multiple readers a snap. ZaPrompt Pro also enables the speaker to run the program without the need for an operator.
