Studio 115 is a fresh and modern studio environment offering a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere to photograph your clients in. It is located in the east end of Toronto in the popular film district. We are just one mile from the Gardiner Expressway and The DVP. Leslieville, a short walk north, offers a host of trendy and fun bars and restaurants to entertain your clients in or you may order in lunch from a wide selection of restaurants in the area that offer delivery service. You may view photos of the studio here.. The studio comes complete with a small kitchen and Tassimo coffee-brewing centre. There is on on-site washroom and change area for your clients as well as a bright make up area. Our client lounge is equipped with two white modern 7' leather sofas and a wide variety of magazines for you clients to entertain themselves with. High speed, wireless Wi-Fi is provided as well to you and your clients. The studio offers beautifully diffused north light for natural daylight shooting. Full blackout curtains convert the daylight studio instantly to night shooting mode. Half-day studio rental rate is $150.00 for 4 consecutive hours. Full day rate is $250.00 for 8 consecutive hours. Overtime hours are @ $45.00 per additional hour required or portion thereof. Equipment is available to rent and is quoted separately and is additional to the studio rental rates quoted. The studio is available for rent 7 days a week. We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard as forms of payment. A 25% deposit is required upon booking to reserve the space.
